What gets a reply

• A correction to a specific sheet, with the sheet title and what you observed. Usually answered within a few days.
• A question about a plant you have, if the sheet for it exists and the answer is not already on it.
• A request to reproduce the leaf glyphs or the sheet tables. The illustrations are generated from the site content file and are available on request.

What does not get a reply

• Requests for a diagnosis of a sick pet. Contact a veterinarian or a poison control centre — that is a clinical question and this site cannot answer it.
• Requests for commercial link placement or sponsored sheet content. The site does not carry either.

Postal and telephone

There is no postal address or telephone number. Email is the only channel, and it is monitored.
